3. Server-Side Temporary Processing & Automatic Deletion

For utilities that necessitate server-side conversion or compression (such as the PDF Compressor and image-to-PDF converters):

• Files are transferred securely over encrypted HTTPS connections (TLS 1.3).
• Files are assigned randomly generated cryptographic UUIDs and stored in isolated temporary directories.
• Automatic Deletion: All temporary files and processing jobs are permanently and irrecoverably deleted by an automated cleanup daemon within 30 minutes of creation.
• We do not inspect, index, sell, or create public directory listings of any uploaded documents.

4. Anonymous Analytics & Search Logs

To understand which tools are useful and to identify missing tools that users are searching for, we record anonymous operational metrics (such as tool view counts, conversion success/error codes, and anonymous search queries that returned zero results). We do not correlate search terms with identifiable personal identities, IP addresses, or tracking profiles.
